　　Shenyang Special Butterfly Valve Factory is specialized in producing butterfly valves for export in China. It has rich experience in the design, manufacturing and testing of products and was approved to be appointed production enterprise of metal airtight butterfly valve and soft airtight butterfly valve of anti-severe corrosion series of butterfly valve after checked by the Appraisal Committee for Appointed Production Enterprise of China Architectural Metal Structure Association Water Supply & Drainage Equipment Branch under the Ministry of Construction. It enjoys good reputation in the field.

　　Shenyang Special Butterfly Valve Factory mainly produces middle and low-pressure valves and its main products are soft airtight series of butterfly valves with symmetrical direct-plate solo eccentricity, double eccentricity structure, and metal hard airtight series of butterfly valve with tri-eccentricity structure. The connecting formats include butt clamp and double flange, DN32-2000mm and PN0.1-2.5Mpa, driving measures include manual operation, gear driving, pneumatic driving and electric driving. In addition, we produce back valve, adjusting valve, balance valve, brake valve, isolating valve, diaphragm valve, expansion bend and gate lifter, etc. over ten series. Of them our independently developed double eccentricity series of butterfly valve won the silver award in the 11th National Invention Expo, and Flow Lock-in Valve and Metal Hard Airtight Butterfly Seal Ring obtained two national patents in 1997 (Patent Numbers: 972334510. 3 and 97233450.1). In order to expand the factory, our factory and Shenyang Hengyi Industrial Co., Ltd. set up close-type enterprise group to explore international market together. We also imported Germany ARI high-pressure valve to promote domestic valve field to develop towards high quality and brandilization.

　Recently we succeeded developing anti-severe corrosion series of butterfly valve with international advanced painting technique (SEBF fusion resin). This series of butterfly valve solved the problems of poor painting adhesion, easy aliquation and dropout, low anticorrosion property existed in the former ordinary anticorrosion butterfly valves. SEBF painting is featured for its good stability, anticorrosion of such media as acid, alkali and saline. To adopt whole painting will solve the problem of seam leakage corrosion. It is available to replace stainless steel or titanium alloy with ordinary carbon steel as valve basis material for the advantages of reducing equipment investment, strong adhesion and adhesive strength can reach 90Mpa, which is not reachable for ordinary lining rubber and plastic, strong antifriction, much suitable for petrochemical system and sewage treatment fields working in the condition of high temperature and strong corrosion.
