Our factory passed
the ISO9002 Quality Standard assessment
in 1998 and got the factory approval
of China Classification Society in 2000.
We have set up quality assurance system,
made out Quality Assurance Manual and
relevant Implementation Rules. We adopt
quality control on the whole course from
the entering factory of raw materials
to ex-works of products. We have advanced
production equipment and technical equipment,
and have perfect measurement monitoring
equipment to guarantee the validity of
production and measurement result.
Our factory pays much attention to personnel, and provides
post training to them for post qualification. We advocate team
cooperation, the later working procedure is the supervisor of
the former working procedure so as to prevent unqualified raw
material from entering the procedure, unqualified product from
arriving the following procedure, unqualified product from leaving
the factory so as to realize the purpose of guaranteeing customers
to get qualified products.
We produce satisfying valves for customers through our strong
technical strength, advanced production equipment, perfect inspecting
and testing means, strict quality assurance system and well-trained
personnel team. |

| Our factory has ten engineering technicians
(with the title of engineer or above).
Our independently developed product Double
Eccentricity Soft Airtight Series of
Butterfly Valve won the silver award
in the 11th National Invention Expo.,
Flow Lock-in Balance Valve and Metal
Airtight Butterfly Valve obtained the
national patents. SEBF combined epoxy
powder paint researched by our factory
with National Metal Corrosion Control
Engineering Technology Research Center,
has strong anticorrosion performance
and can resist the serious corrosion
of various media and smog. After painted
by the paint, valves will have the features
of anticorrosion, antidrag and anti-cavitation,
etc. Neither installed in mineral well,
ocean or buried underground or transport
acid/alkali high-concentration chemical
corrosion media, it can play the role
of protection. So valves can serve long
time and are well appraised by broad
users. |
